1. The product that I want is Out of Stock. When will it be available again?

There is no standard time where we re-stock our items but we are doing our absolute best to have it back in stock as fast as possible!

2. I haven't received my package.

We always advice to first check your package with the courier who is in charge of delivering your package. You can contact them with your parcel code and they can give you more information. If it still doesn't answer your question, we are more than willing to assist you further. 

4. How do I become a wholesale client? 

We would love to have you as our partner! If you are interested in working with us you can send us an email at info@moodz.com or fill the form out on the Contact Us page. 

5. How do I qualify for free shipping?

Every order above 50 euro, has free shipping.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment we accept creditcards such as Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, and also Bank transfers, Debit Card, IRIS. 

7. I can't find the product that I want on your webshop. 

If there is a product that you can't find on the webshop then we would like to hear from you! Let us know which product it is and we will do our best to add it to our collection!

8. What is your return policy?

Moodz doesn't accept opened and used products to be returned. If you want to return an item you have 14 days to return it. Keep in mind that there may be a fee for returning the item.
